Workshops provide useful consumer information and help you to make better financial decisions. ACCC presents a range of programs for you to choose from and can tailor them to fit your needs. See the list of our available workshops.

Budgeting – Budgets are a necessary evil however, without a budget many of us just coast along without ever knowing what we are spending or where we spend it. This workshop will help you identify existing debt and how to manage, goal setting, planning, selecting the best budget and creating a budget that works.

Identity Theft – Identity Theft in America is rising and is currently ranked the nation’s top consumer fraud complaint, furthermore the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), receives thousands of complaints yearly surpassing all other categories of complaints. This Workshop will uncover how identity theft occurs, how to minimize your risks, choosing to share personal information – or not and what you must do if you are a victim.

Financial Management – This workshop will cover the danger signs of financial trouble, selecting a credit counseling agency and the overall benefits of credit counseling. How credit counseling is a win-win situation, the real truth behind the costs of working with an agency. Why credit counseling is an alternative to bankruptcy.
