After getting myself so far into debt that I thought I would never dig out I joined your company. From that point on I have had Jerry Thomas as my credit counselor. He is the most patient and understanding person that I have dealt with in my years of being in debt. Anytime I call weather it is with question or to get help with a creditor he has been so polite, professional and understanding. I feel so much better after I call knowing that he will take care of whatever it is that is bothering me. He is always happy and never makes you feel rushed which means a lot when you have the stress of debt and bill collectors hanging over your head. He seems to make the stress disappear (like your debt does).
